Anchorages

There are nine anchorages in the harbours, including five for vessels of up to 10,000GT, in depths of over 9.0m. Anchorage is always calm, being protected by several minor islands.

Prohibited anchorage: Anchorage is prohibited in an area S of No. 01 Pier.

Restrictions

Vessels are only able to berth during slack water in the Bisan central passage, between sunrise and sunset.

There are 7 tugs available from Mizushima; 1 x 4,000hp, 3 x 3,000hp, 2 x 2,000hp, 1 x 1,000hp.
