Approach

A channel leads to the outer harbour with depths alongside of 4.2m. The inner harbour has depths of 3.3m.

Anchorages

A good anchorage for small vessels is located to the N side of Lindeskov Flak (55°15'N 11°13'E) in depths of 7m to 8m, except in winds blowing between SW and NW.

There is good holding at Skaelskor Red (55°16'N 11°13'E) between Lindeskov Flak and Tudsehage in depths of 6m to 7m.

Agerso Sund, Kopen (55°14'N 11°13'E) in 2m to 3m has good holding.

Bogevig (55°14'N 11°12'E) in the bay between Egholm and N part of Agerso, in the area between the deep channel and the steep coastal bank, is suitable for larger vessels as depths are 9m to 11m. Smaller vessels may anchor closer in off the S point of Egholm, in depths of 3m to 4m. The bottom here is softer than elsewhere in Agerso Sund but seas may be higher in SE winds.

Molledyb (55°11'.5N 11°14'.2E) SE of Osterhoved Flak has depths of 5m or less.

Vessels may also anchor, at a safe distance, off the Gulf Oil Pier (55°12'.0N 11°15'.5E) in depths of 20m.
