Anchorage can be obtained in La Savina, affording shelter from offshore winds, in depths of 11m, sand. In greater depths the bottom is weed with patches of rock. Local knowledge is necessary.
There is an access channel with 3 red buoys and 1 green buoy where anchorage is prohibited.

The port
It is the only harbour on the island and is in constant use by ferries, commercial, fishing vessels and yachts. The port has Ro-Ro and passenger facilities available.
