From a position approx 1.2nm NE of the harbour the track leads SW, WSW and S passing:
NW of Miyazaki Ko S Breakwater Kasetsu Light (31°55.31'N 131°29.08'E), then
SE and SSE of Miyazaki Ko Inner Breakwater Light (31°55.16'N 131°28.51'E), then
NNW of No 1 Buoy (31°54.92'N 131°28.53'E) to the enter the buoyed entrance channel.
Port limits
The port limits extend about 1.5nm seaward.
Restrictions
A road bridge over a boat channel between Oyodo Kawa and the S extremity of Shino Ko passes has a vertical clearance of 5.6m.
Submarine cables are located 4nm S of the harbour entrance.
