A Listening Watch should be maintained on VHF Ch 16 and 11, when any vessel is at anchor.
Entry reports should be made to Taman Traffic when entering the Port VTS area giving IMO SRS items (including IMO number).
Movement reports should be made to Taman Traffic at the time of getting underway, upon anchoring at designated anchorages or departing from a berth or anchorage.
Departure reports should be made no less than 30 minutes before departing from, giving the IMO SRS.
