Vessels from S also have a clear approach to the harbour from Mukran No 2 Lightbuoy (54°26.0'N 013°42.6'E). This approach leads NW then NNW and W of the anchorage. By night, the anchorage is marked by the green sector (283.5-357.75°) of the E mole light.
