Koblenz is located 70km S of Bonn, at the confluence of the rivers Mosel and Rhine.
The port
Koblenz is a modern tri-modal transhipment hub port, operating a multi service company that can perform most loading and unloading tasks, including container transhipment, stacking, loading onto rail/road, repair, maintenance and assembly and disassembly of folding containers, with all year round operations.
As well as container handling, aluminium, glass, stone, sand and gravel , wood and scrap are the main goods that are handled.
