SSE of the junction with Middelgat (0.6nm WNW) marked on its S side by "OH-MG" Lightbuoy (E cardinal), then:

Out of the white sector of Hansweert main Light to a position S of Hansweert.

The Hansweert Locks lie approx 1,700m from the Western Scheldt entrance.

Restrictions

Max draught 4.7m at NAP and 4.00m at NAP -1.50m for departing vessels.

Off Hansweert Quay there are high tension power cables at a height of 47m + NAP.
