Notice of readiness

Notice of Readiness should be tendered at the pilot station (18°21.5'N 069°36.5'W). See also below conditions.

Notices and regulations

CONDITIONS EXCEEDING SAFE LIMITS: The vessel will be notified 1 hour before the last ETA given to the ship's agent if the weather conditions will not permit berthing. This notice will be given by VHF Ch 16. If the conditions negate berthing, the vessel should tender NOR at the time last notified by the Master in his final ETA notice. Such NOR need not be issued at the pilot station.

There is no anchorage at the port because of the rocky bottom and the sharp drop off in depth.

TERMINAL/SHIP PRE-UNLOADING MEETING:

The procedures set forth in the AES Andres LNG and Fuel Oil Interface Manuals have been established to facilitate a safe, pre-planned cargo unloading and must be adhered to. The Terminal's Marine Superintendent or the Senior Operator on Duty and the Ship's Master of Chief Officer will sign the AES Andres Safety Declaration.

The Terminal's Marine Superintendent or the Senior Operator on duty and the Master's designated person in charge will hold a pre-unloading meeting in the ship's meeting room.
